The Emitech Group has just acquired all of the EMC and electrical testing equipment belonging to the company ExoTest 3E.
This acquisition took effect on 1 January 2026.
Historically focused on electromagnetic compatibility testing and electrical testing applied to automotive equipment, these resources will be added to the Emitech Group's infrastructure dedicated to the characterisation, validation and compliance of embedded electronic systems.
The takeover covers testing equipment, including several Faraday cages, one of which is mode-shuffling, intended for radiated and conducted EMC testing, as well as equipment associated with electrical testing used in demanding environments.
The equipment will soon be dismantled and moved for gradual integration into the Group's sites, with a view to pooling and optimising existing capacities.
This operation is part of the Emitech Group's strategy to secure and strengthen its testing capabilities in a context of profound transformation of the EMC market:
By consolidating its technical capabilities, Emitech is confirming its commitment to providing long-term support to manufacturers and equipment suppliers in their development, qualification and certification projects, while maintaining high standards of quality, responsiveness and deadline compliance.
With this operation, the Emitech Group once again demonstrates its ability to adapt to market developments, to invest in a targeted manner in relevant technical resources and to strengthen its position as a leading partner for testing and compliance of embedded systems and equipment.
