Our educational team takes part in many work group and committee about environment tests, related standards and applicable regulations.
The content of our training is revised every year to reflect requirements and technologic changes.
Courses are based on active teaching. An inquiry is made before each training course. It allows trainer to adapt the content to the participants.
It aims is also to egg on participants to use their own equipment / electronic boards as case study, for custom practical demonstration within our laboratories.
Overall, our trainings follow 7 commitments :
- Sharing
The success of our training is based on the variety of exchange, the sharing of experiences and expertises. Our customers develop their activities in sectors with high changes.
- Passing on our expertise and experience
All our trainers, engineers, doctors, take part in several working sessions and comitee. They are working everyday on studies and engineerings and are testing the solution in labs. The trainer support its trainee throuhout its learning : early, thanks to the prior questionnaire, during the training and after, when the trainee is back at the office by answering questions.
- Training on human scale
For training going on several days, registrations are limited to 10 trainees in order to fulfill our teaching commitments.
- Develop your knowledge and skills
Our trainings are based on strong theoretical technical subjects, updated to follow changes in standards. To help trainees, a training support with all essential topics is given to each participant. Our objective is to help our trainees to succeed in their day to day mission and to develop their skills.
- Building functional and practical training
Trainings refer to lots of case studies and demonstrations in labs; they are totally in line with standards, specifications and technological changes in electronics. Trainee can bring their own products to make concrete the theory and to apply it directly. All our inter-company trainings can be done intra-company.
- Optimize each time of the training
Lunch is a cordial and friendly time to discover jobs and products of each participant and to answer questions on environment.
- Flexible and changes schedule
We can forecast other training sessions to answer extra requests.
